The videos were (professionally) recorded during major events in the Netherlands.

  • You can watch 3 demos where Roos herself is on horseback. These demos are in collaboration with equestrian sports exercise therapist Barbara Faber. Together, they show the do's and don'ts of good biomechanics. In other words: "How you sit is how you work."
  • In the 7 other videos, Roos teaches her specialty 'Posture, Balance and Effect'. Some of the riders she teaches in these clinics are none other than Laurens van Lieren, Imke Schellekens-Bartels, Feline de Jonge and Jesse Drent.

In one of the demos on horseback, Roos is sitting on a borrowed horse that she doesn't know at all, but luckily Tristan Tucker takes care of the introduction and gives advice on how to make the horse comfortable with the exciting entourage and ... Joker the simulator in the middle of the ring. Because of course Joker should not be missing from this collection!
