Joker the Horse Simulator Part 2

Barbara Faber and Roos Dyson made an extra online course for you to learn how to use your Joker simulator in the best possible way. We encourage you to develop your own style and your own way of working with Joker, using your own specific expertise and qualities. But to enable you to make the most out of your Joker trainings, we like to share some of our useful knowledge and give you inspiration.

Therefore we have combined our professions and knowledges:

  • certified exercise therapist (full time occupation,experience since 2004)
  • certified 'Deurne' riding instructor (full time occupation, working experience since 1995)
  • certified Akasha seat and balance coach (since 2009)
  • Inter 1 level dressage rider, cooperation with Joker inventor and WOW saddle fitter Kerry Sharp since 2015
  • contribution towards the development of Joker and first Joker owner

One of our demo riders in the course is Lina Uzunhassan, international Grand Prix dressage rider competing for the US team.

This is the content of the extensive course (Part 2):

  • Theory about rider anatomy, riders seat, posture and movements and rider biomechanics
  • Ins and outs and tips and tricks collected by years of experience with working with Joker
  • Maintenance of your Joker
  • Suggestions on how to build up your lessons
  • Helpful tools while working with Joker
  • How to analyse and improve posture, balance and movements in all gaits
  • How to analyse and improve vertical balance
  • Examples of lessons on joker with 4 different riders of all different levels, both dressage and showjumping
  • Examples of the changes in the horses before and after joker
  • The online course has a total of 13 different video's with a total of more then 4 hours of content
  • 2 PowerPoint presentations
  • A written theory file
  • 2 Bonus videos of demo's with Joker and a ridden horse

This online course is suitable for riders and trainers of every discipline, from beginner to Grand Prix level. The online course has the same set up as this page. You can watch all the videos of the online course any time and as much as you like.
